Credit Union Plus has been serving the wider Navan area for over 50 years, providing the essential funding that’s the lifeblood of any community. In this rapid, efficient website design and development project, Matrix enhanced user engagement through intuitive navigation and a visually appealing layout, revitalising the way members interact with their trusted credit union online.

This project aimed to enhance the digital experience for both existing and potential members through a new, intuitive WordPress website.

We redefined the user experience by making it more intuitive and accessible. The redesign focuses on a user-centric, mobile-responsive digital platform that acts both as an information resource for existing members and a lead conversion tool for prospective ones.

Through intelligent user profiling and navigation design, the site efficiently funnels different user personas to the relevant information, aligning perfectly with Credit Union Plus’s mission to remain at the forefront of member service and engagement.

By enabling visitors to choose from various options, the site ensures each user is directed to the appropriate landing page, optimising the user experience from the first interaction.
