Our contribution
to the Digital4Security project
In its role as project coordinator, Politechnica Bucharest employs a robust project management methodology derived from the PM2 framework, developed and supported by the European Commission. This approach effectively oversees the delivery of the contract and guarantees the achievement of the objectives outlined in the Digital4Security project.
In addition to the management and coordination of the project, Politechnica Bucharest has a significant role and makes significant contributions across various aspects of the work packages within the Digital4Security consortium. The contributions include partnership development, cyber security skills analysis, design of curriculum, the establishment of industry certification pathways, the formulation of employability strategies, design of the online learning platform.
Furthermore, Politechnica Bucharest empowers seamless collaboration within the Consortium, which is a key value of the coordinator approach and the overarching vision of Digital4Security. This commitment extends beyond active coordination and participation in all work packages.
